Custom Sign Manufacturing

Signage engineered to be seen.

Channel letters, illuminated fascias and dimensional signage — designed, fabricated and installed by one team.

LED Illumination

Light that still looks right in year eight.

Module layouts calculated rather than estimated, drivers sized with headroom, every electrical entry sealed.

In-House Fabrication

Drawn, routed, welded and finished here.

Fourteen disciplines under one roof means nothing critical to your finish or your schedule leaves the building.

Installation Services

Our name goes on it, so our crew puts it up.

Certified installers, our own lift equipment, sealed penetrations and a photographic handover record.

Who we are

A sign shop built around design, engineering and finish quality.

We are a custom sign manufacturer. Every project starts with a drawing and ends with our own crew on site — design, CNC routing, fabrication, illumination, finishing and installation all handled by people who work together every day.

That control is what keeps tolerances tight, lead times honest and finishes consistent from the first letter to the last fixing.

Why choose us

The difference is in the details you never see.

Anyone can hang a sign. What determines whether it still looks right in year eight is a series of decisions made long before install day.

Design that survives fabrication

Concepts are drawn against real material sizes, return depths and fixing methods — so what is approved is what gets built.

Everything under one roof

Routing, welding, forming, LED wiring, painting and finishing happen in our own shop, not across three subcontractors.

Permit-ready drawings

Dimensioned drawing sets prepared for landlord and municipal submission, with revisions handled in-house.

Built to stay looking new

Marine-grade fixings, UV-stable faces and sealed electrical — specified so the sign still reads well after five BC winters.

Our own install crews

Certified installers with the right lift equipment, so the handover is clean and the site is left tidy.

Illumination done properly

Correct LED module spacing, power calculations and drivers — even light, no hot spots, no premature failures.

How we work

From first sketch to final fixing.

A single process, run by one team, with a named point of contact from the brief through to handover.

01

Brief & site review

We take dimensions, photographs and elevation details, and confirm what the landlord and municipality will allow.

02

Design & drawings

Scaled concepts, material call-outs and a permit-ready drawing set for approval before anything is cut.

03

Fabrication

CNC routing, forming, welding and LED build-up in our shop, checked against the approved drawing at each stage.

04

Finishing & QC

Paint, faces, trim caps and wiring completed, then powered up and inspected on the bench before it leaves.

05

Installation

Our crew handles fixings, electrical connection and final alignment, then cleans the site and hands over.

Client feedback

What our clients say

We ask every client for feedback once their sign is installed and running. These are the responses, published as written.

“We had a very specific idea of how the reception signage should feel and almost no vocabulary to describe it. Stellar came back with three options, each properly costed, and talked us through why the halo-lit stainless would age better than the alternatives. Two years on it still looks like it was installed last week.”
Marcus Delaney Managing Partner, Delaney & Roth Law
“The pylon at our plaza had been an ongoing headache — dead tubes, mismatched tenant panels, and a previous contractor who never returned calls. Stellar rebuilt the cabinet on the existing footing, which saved us re-permitting the height, and every tenant panel now changes from a ladder. Tenant complaints on signage have stopped entirely.”
Priya Raghunathan Portfolio Manager, Northbank Property Group
“Fourteen vans, three different models, and graphics from four different suppliers over the years. Nothing matched. They rebuilt the whole livery from proper templates and scheduled it two vans a week so I never lost the fleet. The phone number actually sits on a flat panel now instead of half-swallowed by a door handle.”
Jon Vasquez Owner, Cedarline Mechanical
“I was opening in eight weeks and the landlord criteria document may as well have been in another language. They read it, designed to it, got it approved first time, and installed everything in one day before we opened. I did not have to think about signage once, which is exactly what I needed.”
Elise Chartrand Founder, Maison Verte Bakery
“They pushed back on our first idea, which I appreciated more in hindsight than at the time. The warmer LED temperature they specified matches the taproom interior instead of fighting it, and the raceway means only one hole in the heritage brick. It photographs beautifully at night, which was the whole point.”
Tom Braithwaite Operations Manager, Harbour Ridge Brewing
“Patient privacy in rooms with glass walls, without making the corridor feel like a basement. They set the band height from seated eye level rather than a standard dimension, which nobody else who quoted had thought about. Small detail, completely different outcome.”
Dr. Amrit Sandhu Clinic Director, Riverstone Medical
“I send them concepts and get back shop drawings that resolve the details I did not have time to resolve — fixing centres, service access, tolerances — without quietly redesigning the thing. That is rarer than it should be. They are now our default for anything fabricated.”
Sandra Koenig Principal, Koenig Architecture
“The push-through fascia looks considerably better than the standard light box we originally asked for, and they explained clearly why it was worth the difference. Permit took longer than any of us wanted, though they were upfront that it would and kept us posted the whole way through.”
Wes Okonjo Co-Owner, Summit Fitness Collective
“We wanted something genuinely hand-carved rather than routed and painted to look that way. The gold leaf work is beautiful and they were honest that HDU would outlast timber in our freeze-thaw conditions, even though timber was what we originally asked for. Three winters in and it has not moved.”
Rachelle Fontaine General Manager, Fontaine Estate Winery
