These terms govern the use of this website and the general basis on which Stellar Signage Ltd. provides quotations and signage work. A signed quotation or purchase order, where one exists, takes precedence over anything on this page.
Use of this website
You may view and print pages from this site for your own use. You may not republish, sell or systematically extract content from it without our written permission.
Content and images
Photographs of completed work, drawings, and the text on this site are our property or are used with permission. Project images are illustrative; materials, finishes and illumination vary by job.
Quotations
- Quotations are valid for 30 days from issue unless stated otherwise.
- Prices assume normal ground-level or standard-lift access unless a site survey has established otherwise.
- Permit fees, landlord charges, electrical supply work and traffic control are excluded unless itemised.
- Quantities, sizes and material specifications are those stated on the quotation. Changes may alter the price.
Artwork and approvals
You are responsible for confirming spelling, dimensions and colour references on the drawings we issue. Production begins only after written approval, and approved drawings are what we build to. Changes requested after approval may incur additional cost and affect the schedule.
By supplying artwork you confirm you have the right to use it and to have it reproduced.
Lead times
Lead times are estimates given in good faith from the date of approval and receipt of any deposit. They may be affected by material availability, permitting timelines, weather and site readiness.
Permits and approvals
Where we prepare permit drawings, we do so to the best of our knowledge of the applicable requirements. Final approval rests with the relevant authority and landlord, and we cannot guarantee an outcome.
Installation
Installation assumes a safe, accessible and structurally suitable mounting surface, and an available electrical supply where the sign is illuminated. Unforeseen substrate conditions may require additional work.
Warranty
We warrant our workmanship for the period stated on your quotation. Component warranties (LED modules, drivers, printed media) are passed through from the manufacturer. The warranty does not cover damage from impact, vandalism, unauthorised alteration, or electrical supply faults outside our installation.
Payment
Unless agreed otherwise, a deposit is payable on approval and the balance on completion. Title in the goods remains with us until payment is received in full.
Liability
Our liability in connection with any project is limited to the value of that project. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
