Cut acrylic letters give you clean geometry and a genuinely premium edge finish at a fraction of the cost of fabricated metal. Routed from cast sheet, flame-polished on the edge and mounted on studs or a hidden backer, they suit reception walls, office suites, boutique retail and any interior where the lettering needs to feel considered.
Cast acrylic — not extruded — is what makes the difference. It routs cleaner, polishes to a genuine glass-like edge, and holds colour far better under UV. We keep a full range of opaque, translucent and coloured cast sheet, plus mirror and frosted finishes.
Applications
- Reception and lobby identification
- Office suite and boardroom lettering
- Boutique retail and salon interiors
- Donor walls and recognition displays
- Sheltered exterior soffits and entry canopies
Finish options
Standard opaque colours throughout the sheet, clear with polished edges for a floating glass effect, frosted and satin for a softer contemporary look, mirror finishes in silver and gold, and painted faces where you need an exact brand colour that is not available in stock sheet. Laminated build-ups combine two colours in a single letter with a visible edge line.
Benefits of acrylic letters
Genuine polished edges
Flame polishing on cast sheet produces a clear, glass-like edge — not the cloudy saw finish you get from extruded acrylic.
Excellent value for interiors
Considerably less expensive than fabricated metal letters while reading as an equally deliberate, high-quality finish.
Precise letterform reproduction
CNC routing straight from your vector file reproduces brand typography exactly, including tight counters and fine serifs.
Clean, invisible mounting
Stud-mounted with a drilling template, or flush on a hidden backer — no visible fixings, no adhesive bleed.
