We grew by adding capability rather than layers: a CNC router, a brake press, a spray booth, an LED bench, then our own install crews. Every addition removed a subcontractor from the chain, and with it a handoff where quality and schedule used to slip.
Today the company runs on the same principle. The person who drew your sign can walk twenty steps and look at it being welded. That proximity is not nostalgia — it is the quality control system.

CNC routing & cutting
Flatbed routing of acrylic, aluminium, ACP and PVC with clean edges and tight letter tolerances, straight from the approved vector file.
Metal forming & welding
Brake forming, rolling and TIG welding of aluminium returns and steel sub-frames built to carry real wind load.
LED build & wiring
Module layout calculated for even output, correctly sized drivers, sealed connections and labelled feeds ready for the electrician.
Paint & finishing
Prepped, primed and sprayed to matched colour references, with satin, matte and metallic finishes applied in a controlled booth.
Large format printing
UV and eco-solvent printing onto vinyl, rigid substrates and mesh, laminated and contour cut in-house.
Acrylic fabrication
Flame-polished edges, laminated build-ups, push-through detail and diffusion layers assembled on the bench, not bought in.

A sign design is only finished when it accounts for return depth, fixing centres, service access and how the face will read at night from across the road. Our designers work in the same file the router will read, so nothing is quietly re-drawn later.

Material release
Sheet goods and extrusions are pulled and checked against the drawing before a single cut is made.
Cutting & forming
Routing, shearing and brake forming to the dimensions on the approved sheet, with first-off inspection.
Assembly & welding
Returns closed, backs fitted, sub-frames welded and drilled for the fixing pattern the site actually needs.
Illumination
LED modules laid out, wired, sealed and powered up on the bench for an even-output check.
Finish & sign-off
Paint, faces and trim applied, then a final QC against the drawing before it is crated for site.
