Large format printing underpins most of what leaves our shop: printed sign faces, window graphics, vehicle wraps, banners, wall murals and rigid panel work. Because it happens in-house rather than being sent out, we control colour, schedule and quality all the way through.
Colour management is the part that matters and the part most often skipped. Profiled media, calibrated output and physical proofs mean the brand blue on your printed panel matches the brand blue on the vinyl lettering next to it — a match that is very difficult to achieve when the two come from different suppliers.
What we print on
- Self-adhesive vinyl — cast and calendered, matte or gloss
- Rigid substrates — ACP, foam board, PVC, corrugated plastic, acrylic
- Banner materials — scrim vinyl, mesh, blockout
- Fabric and textile for tension displays
- Wall and floor graphics with appropriate slip ratings
- Perforated one-way vision film
Finishing
Laminating for UV and abrasion protection, contour cutting on the plotter, mounting to rigid substrates, hemming and eyeletting, and CNC routing for shaped panels. Everything happens in the same building, so a job does not sit waiting for a courier between steps.
Benefits of large format printing
Colour that matches across media
Profiled and calibrated output means printed panels, vinyl and vehicle graphics all read as the same brand colour.
Laminated as standard
Outdoor and high-traffic graphics get a matched laminate for UV and scratch resistance — not treated as an upsell.
No outsourcing delays
Printing, laminating, cutting and mounting all happen here, which keeps short-notice work genuinely achievable.
Precise contour cutting
Registration-marked plotter cutting produces clean shaped graphics and decals straight from your vector file.
