Large format printing underpins most of what leaves our shop: printed sign faces, window graphics, vehicle wraps, banners, wall murals and rigid panel work. Because it happens in-house rather than being sent out, we control colour, schedule and quality all the way through.

Colour management is the part that matters and the part most often skipped. Profiled media, calibrated output and physical proofs mean the brand blue on your printed panel matches the brand blue on the vinyl lettering next to it — a match that is very difficult to achieve when the two come from different suppliers.

What we print on

  • Self-adhesive vinyl — cast and calendered, matte or gloss
  • Rigid substrates — ACP, foam board, PVC, corrugated plastic, acrylic
  • Banner materials — scrim vinyl, mesh, blockout
  • Fabric and textile for tension displays
  • Wall and floor graphics with appropriate slip ratings
  • Perforated one-way vision film

Finishing

Laminating for UV and abrasion protection, contour cutting on the plotter, mounting to rigid substrates, hemming and eyeletting, and CNC routing for shaped panels. Everything happens in the same building, so a job does not sit waiting for a courier between steps.

Why it works

Benefits of large format printing

Colour that matches across media

Profiled and calibrated output means printed panels, vinyl and vehicle graphics all read as the same brand colour.

Laminated as standard

Outdoor and high-traffic graphics get a matched laminate for UV and scratch resistance — not treated as an upsell.

No outsourcing delays

Printing, laminating, cutting and mounting all happen here, which keeps short-notice work genuinely achievable.

Precise contour cutting

Registration-marked plotter cutting produces clean shaped graphics and decals straight from your vector file.

FAQ

Common questions

If your question is not answered here, get in touch — we are happy to talk through the detail.

Vector artwork — AI, EPS or PDF — is ideal because it scales without any loss. For photographic content, supply the highest resolution original you have; at large viewing distances 100–150 dpi at final size is usually plenty. Send us what you have and we will tell you if it will hold up.

We get very close on most Pantone references, and for critical brand colours we produce a physical proof for approval before running the full job. Bear in mind that a colour printed on gloss vinyl and the same colour on matte fabric will always read slightly differently.

Our roll media runs to 5ft wide and effectively unlimited length. Larger graphics are produced as tiled panels with deliberate seams placed where they are least visible — standard practice for building wraps and large murals.

Standard print work is two to three business days. We can compress that considerably for genuine emergencies — talk to us about the deadline and we will tell you honestly whether it is achievable.
