The existing painted stucco fascia was cracking and had been patched repeatedly. Rather than repaint again, the owner opted to reclad in aluminium composite panel with a deliberate reveal joint pattern.

We fabricated cassette panels with 1" rout-and-return edges, hung on a concealed aluminium sub-frame that levelled out significant variation in the original substrate. Reveal joints were set to a consistent 20mm and aligned with the unit divisions below, so the panelisation reads as a design decision rather than a material limitation.

Each tenant's signage zone was pre-marked on the panels during fabrication, giving incoming tenants a defined area and a consistent mounting detail.
