Manufacturer rebrands come with fixed deadlines and a brand standards manual that leaves little room for interpretation — but the signage still has to satisfy the local bylaw.
We prepared the complete submission set: scaled elevations, site plan, construction details, illumination specification and a compliance summary reconciling the manufacturer standard against the municipal maximums. One element exceeded the permitted area and we resolved it with the manufacturer before submission rather than after a rejection.
Changeover was carried out overnight across two nights so the dealership did not lose a trading day, with the outgoing signage removed and disposed of and all penetrations made good.
