The plaza had an ageing single-face pylon with fluorescent illumination and a tenant list that no longer matched the site. We replaced the cabinet entirely while retaining and re-certifying the existing footing, which avoided a full re-permit of the structure height.

The new cabinet is double-sided with a routed and push-through anchor tenant panel at the head, and eight extruded retainer positions below. Each panel releases from a ladder, so a tenant change is a short site visit rather than a crane call.

LED retrofit reduced connected load substantially against the outgoing fluorescent installation, and the astronomical timer now handles curfew shut-off required by the local bylaw.
