Fluorescent to LED Retrofit Across a Franchise Group

The group was replacing tubes and ballasts across twelve locations several times a year, and the light output had become visibly uneven from site to site.

Rather than replace the signage, we retrofitted. Tubes and ballasts were stripped, cabinet interiors repainted with a high-reflectance white, LED module layouts calculated for each cabinet depth, and new drivers fitted with accessible service points. The original faces were cleaned and reused where they were sound.

Every location now runs the same module type and colour temperature, so the brand reads consistently across the group — which it had not done for years.
